A fire outbreak resulting from pipeline explosion has killed a yet-to-be identified woman and her three daughters in Odidi community of Delta State.
The tragedy occurred on Monday in the oil rich state due to oil spillage from expired pipelines belonging to the Nigeria Petroleum Development Corporation, NPDC.
The incident, which was attributed to refusal of the NPDC to heed to several calls by residents of the community to change the pipelines.
The fire outbreak has thrown the entire community into mourning and palpable fear.
