• Adverts that appear concurrently on homepage and other pages will attract a 20% surcharge on rate.
• Advertisers in either JPEG or PNG format must provide advert images.
• Images must each be less than 29KB in file-size.
• Advertisers, in the exact specification for each location, must provide images. TELL shall not provide image editing.
• Images would be used as provided by advertisers – TELL shall not correct any errors.
• Special sizes and locations are negotiable on request subject to technical feasibility.
• Advert dimensions are measured in pixels.

• PromoBar allows a “Text” to be linked to an associated URL. PromoBar is a set of related “Text Message”, “Link Text” and “URL”.
• PromoBar “Text Message” must not be more than 54 characters max.
• PromoBar “Link Text” must not be more than 54 characters max.
• PromoBar Font type, size, colour and text background colour is “solely” based on TELL website UX design choices.
• PopUp Card “only” appears either when the website is first loaded (or after browser cache is cleared). * An associated “URL” is required to be provided for each advert image.
• An associated “URL” is required to be provided for the PromoBar texts.
• An associated “URL” is required to be provided alongside the PopUp Card image.

• You agree that TELL reserves the right to reject images, which do not meet specifications.
• You agree that TELL reserves the right to reject images, which contains inappropriate content.
• You agree that TELL reserves the right to reject images based on other reasons.
• You agree that TELL reserves the right to freely (without payment) use your advert artwork for miscellaneous purposes without your consent.
• You agree that you have no input to TELL’s website design choices – irrespective of your advert placement.
• You agree that TELL is not responsible for the website which the given associated URL (provided by you) points to.
• You agree that you shall indemnify TELL against any legal issues which arise as a result of your advert placement.

• Online payment is subject to an Interswitch 1.5% transacton charge (or N2000 maximum) – which ever is lower i.e. if 1.5% amounts to N15000 then only N2000 is charged
• Transacton charges only apply when banners are purchased online.
• “Total / Week (inc VAT)” is the actual amount payable per week for each banner specifcaton.
• Adverts should be prepaid before publication.
• Adverts may be sent by e-mail (to adverts@tell.ng ) or by hand/post (in CD or USB drive) to Tell Communicatons Limited, KM 22, Lagos-Ibadan Expressway, Ojodu-Berger, Lagos.
•  Adverts rates are subject to review.
• “WeeK” refers to a Calendar Week – consisting of 7 consecutive days.All Adverts are subject to legal vetting prior to publication.
