The Central Bank of Nigeria, CBN, has approved the establishment of the Development Bank of Nigeria (DBN) Plc. Finance Minister, Kemi Adeosun said the approval was conveyed in a letter addressed to the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of DBN dated March 28, 2017.
