The world is still in the shadow of COVID-19. But there is a shift from what obtained at the beginning of the outbreak. The difference now is the general belief that those who have not fallen to the virus must work to find a way out of the health crisis. So, scientists are locked up in the laboratories in different parts of the world, desparately researching for vaccine to combat the virus. The excitement in Russia is like the country had struck gold. The feeling is no different from what the leadership inthe US and Madagascar are passing through. The question on the lips of patriotic Nigerians is whether experts at home can stand up to be counted in this competition.
