There was a rowdy scene at an Adamawa Polling Centre Due To Faulty BVAS.
A crowd of voters were seen at Dobeli ward in Yola agitated about the development.
An INEC supervisor told TELL that the ward has huge population and some of the adhoc staff handling the BVAS machine did not understand it initially.
The problem was however sorted out.
