On Tuesday, November 11, President Goodluck Jonathan declared for a second term of office. That event witnessed a large turnout of party faithful and supporters of the President at the Eagles Square, Abuja. It was also a platform for the President to give an account of what he has been able to achieve in the last four years.
But beyond the fanfare and fanciful speeches, this week’s edition of TELL focuses on the many challenges confronting the President as he decides to throw his hat in the ring for a second term of office. It is titled: Jonathan Dares The Odds.
There is also a special report titled, Living In Death Corridors. The story chronicles the dangers inherent in the idea of residing or operating in structures that lie below high tension cables, by petroleum pipelines or electricity transformers. It is indeed an eye opener.
