The Academic Staff Union of Polytechnics, ASUP has suspended its two-month-old strike. ASUP National President, Usman Dutse disclosed this during a National Executive Council, NEC meeting today in Abuja, directing members of the union to commence academic activities immediately.
The strike, which started on Wednesday December 12, 2018 was embarked upon as a result of non-implementation of the 2009 and 2017 agreements between the union and the federal government.Follow Us on Social Media
