Your Excellency, I humbly write to support the clamour for Nigeria’s 100 years anniversary to be held in Lokoja. Lokoja proudly occupies the historical position as the place where the nation was birthed, and served as Nigeria first capital city. Its many other attractions include the confluence of Niger and Benue rivers, beautiful Mount Patty, peaceful atmosphere, the war museum, the Lugard House, its engaging people and cultures, among others.
As a noble, highly patriotic and just leader, I trust your government will not deny Lokoja its God-given right to host all Nigerians and the world next year.
