Few Voters on Parade in Lagos

The polling unit at the gate of INEC office, Yaba, Lagos, started the business of the as early as 8am, no any delay as voting materials arrived earlier, and people have started coming out gradually to exercise their franchise by voting the candidate of their choice.
Security personnel are on stand by, and it has been very calm and smooth. However, compared with the presidential and national assembly elections, the turn out of voters has been very low so far.
While speaking with an INEC official, who does not want his name mentioned, said no issue about materials as its arrival to the polling booth was as expected.
In the same vein at ward 09, polling unit 013 Alagomeji, where voting has also started there was no delay as well.
On the issue of outstanding allowance, the Corp member at ward 09 Alagomeji, said INEC is not owing him any outstanding balance and he’s not aware of such issue.
The Corps members at INEC office, Yaba, are at work as well, also denied it that as I can see that they are working.
