A concerned voter in Rivers state is disturbed that materials re not yet in polling units. Mr Chudi Eke-Ejelam , a journalist said polling officials are still being awaited. He said, ‘It is 10.30am & neither INEC nor its materials is in Ward 13, unit 9 (NTA area).’
The electoral body would need to address this , amongst other complaints, to avoid a snap of tempers as was experienced during the March 28 election.
