Speaking on Monday at the inauguration of the State Media Campaign Council which has John Mayaki as its chairman, Obahiagbon opined that the failure of the incumbent governor, Godwin Obaseki has created a loud yearning in Edo State for good leadership which he posited Ize-Iyamu is best primed to satisfy.
The former member of the House of Representatives explained that members of the media campaign council were selected on account of their professional competencies, and praised the successes that the Pastor Osagie Ize-Iyamu Campaign Organisation had recorded. Expressing his confidence in the ability of the team to deliver, Obahiagbon believed they would help the party emerge victorious at the polls in September.
