While confirming the development to TELL, Adamu Mohammed, the election tribunal’s secretary, said the panel would resume sitting on Friday.

“Today’s sitting has been postponed; we cannot sit tomorrow because a public holiday has been declared to allow for the swearing- in ceremony of Governor Rauf Aregbesola. But we shall resume sitting on Friday,” Mohammed said.

Meanwhile, the swearing-in ceremony of the second term of Rauf Aregbesola is scheduled to hold on Thursday at Freedom Park, Osogbo.
