There is a noticeable poor turnout of voters in Oyo State.
At Ikolaba High School Ward 5 with three voting units, out of the 500 accredited voters, only 126 showed up to vote as at 1.20pm.
Also, at Open Space Abayomi Ward 11, Unit 31, voters came in droves and out of the 248 accredited only 40 had voted by 11.20am.
The voting was reportedly peaceful across the state. But there are fears being entertained as regards skirmishes and violence during the course of counting and announcement of results at voting
