The Police in Rivers State has given the identity of the man that was shot dead alongside with his brother by unknown gunmen this Saturday morning during the Presidential and National Assembly election as Monwan Etete, a former chairman of Andoni Local Government Area of the state. Etete was to run for the House of Representatives under the All Progressives Congress, APC.
