The Federal government has confirmed May 29 as handover date, not 28 as it is being speculated.

There has been a heated debate in the public domain since Patricia Akwashiki, Information Minister told some State House correspondents that the President Goodluck Jonathan-led government intends to formally hand over to Muhammadu Buhari, President-elect on May 28.

But a reliable source exclusively confirmed to TELL on Wednesday that the “formal handover date is May 29, not 28 as is being speculated.”
