Ahead of the 2015 general elections in Nigeria, Fidelis Tapgun, former governor of Plateau State has purchased the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP’s, governorship nomination form.
Ibrahim Kasai, former ambassador to Ukraine and director general of Tapgun campaign organisation picked the form on his behalf from the party’s secretariat in Abuja, the federal capital territory on Wednesday.
Addressing newsmen shortly after purchasing the form, Kasai said he is confident that his boss will come out first as the party’s candidate and next governor of the state.
The move by Tapgun makes him the first aspirant to pick the governorship form in Plateau State.
