Motunrayo Awokoya
A young man who was later identified as Makinde Taiwo Rotimi was found dead in the early hours of Wednesday by the gate of the Lagos State Public Works Corporation in the Berger Ojodu area of Lagos, along Lagos Ibadan Expressway.
Identification card of an institution of higher learning in Lagos was found on him but sources at the Lagos State Public Works Corporation said they had no idea of how the man came to the point where his dead body was found.
The police and officials of Lagos State Ministry of Health visited the scene and were making efforts to evacuate the body as at the time of this report.
