At least 32 persons were reportedly killed after two bomb explosions occurred in central Jos, the capital of Plateau State, on Thursday evening.
According to residents, the first blast occurred at about 6.30 p.m. near a busy motor park, operated by state-owned Plateau Riders.
The scene of the attack was also close to the outlet of popular fast food line, Mr. Biggs. The second explosion took place in the central market area later in the evening.
As at the time of filing this report, the cause of the blast and specific casualty figures were not yet clear.
Emmanuel Abu, Plateau State police spokesperson confirmed the attack.
