Ajimobi Pledges More Development For Oke-Ogun Residents

Governor Abiola Ajimobi of Oyo State, visited the Oke-Ogun area of the state, promising to bring more development to the area because of the support he enjoyed from the people of the zone during the last governorship election.

The governor, who led members of his cabinet and supporters of the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC, in the state expressed gratitude to the people of the zone and assured them that his administration would create a huge impact on the socio-economic and physical development of the zone during the next dispensation.

Some of the areas visited by the governor include Okeho, Iseyin, Ayetoro, Iwere-Ile and Ilero, Kajola, Iganna and Saki who said that he was excited that for the first time in the political history of the state, the APC, won in nine out of the 10 local government areas that made up the Oke-Ogun zone.

Ajimobi promised the people that the party would not disappoint the electorate, who put their trust in him, pledging that Oke-Ogun would witness transformation during his second term of office.

Samuel Onifade, Vice-Chairman, Saki Parapo and the Zonal Chairman of the APC, Sunday Adekola, reiterated the people’s support for the Ajimobi administration.
