Muhammadu Buhari, Presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC, has named Yemi Osinbajo, a professor of law, Senior Advocate of Nigeria, SAN and former Commissioner of Justice and Attorney-General of Lagos State, as his running mate for the February 14, 2015 general election.
Osinbajo’s nomination came exactly seven days after the party held its Presidential Primary elections at the Onikan stadium, Lagos.
The selection is also coming a day to the deadline for the submission of nomination form to the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC.
