Accreditation has ended in some polling centres in Abuja, while it is ongoing in other places. there were a few hiccups during the accreditation. card readers could not identify many finger prints and they had to be accredited manually. Voting tags were not provided for most polling centres, forcing the INEC Poll officers to fabricate on papers. Extra back ups for card readers were not provided by INEC. In some polling centres in Abuja, volunteers offered small generators for them to recharge the batteries. Security is very good. Police, Civil Defence and other para-military agencies provided security at the polling centres; while the military provided macro security.
