FAAN Boss Pays Surprise Visit To NCAT

Saleh Dunoma, managing director, Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria, FAAN, recently undertook an unscheduled inspection tour of the rescue and fire department of the authority at Nigerian College of Aviation Technology, NCAT, Zaria. Dunoma who was received on arrival by Caulcrick Samuel, rector of the college, inspected old and new fire tenders as well as communication equipment provided and serviced by FAAN. Dunoma charged staff of the authority to be diligent in their duties and also support Osita Chidoka, the new minister of aviation who is now spearheading the Transformation Agenda of President Goodluck Jonathan in the aviation sector. He further charged the staff to continue to give maximum support to the authorities of NCAT and FAAN, in their collective quest to implement the Transformation Agenda of the federal government.

Taibat Abubakar, airport manager, NCAT, who was delighted by the visit, took the opportunity to brief Dunoma on the activities of the institution. She detailed the challenges facing their operations and assured the FAAN boss of the continued support of NCAT.
