The Lagos State chapter of the Christian Association of Nigeria, CAN has inaugurated its new set of executive members.
Alexander Bamgbala was named the chairman of the new executive inaugurated on Tuesday while Emmanuel Oguntosin is the new Vice Chairman.
Other members of the new executive are Israel Akindero, Secretary and Matthew Ogunyase, new Assistant Secretary.
While urging the new leaders to work towards peace among members, Musa Asake, CAN’s National Secretary said the inauguration puts an end to negative issues that had come up among different blocs of the association over the years.
Bamgbala, the new Lagos CAN Chairman, urged all to hold on to unity and assured that the new executive members will do everything to ensure that members of the association remain united without giving room for factions and divisions.
He added that the inauguration also marks the end of court cases and other problems facing the association.
