Shola Akinyele
Amaju Pinnick, President of the Nigerian Football Federation ,NFF has been elected as a member of the FIFA Council. He was elected at the election that took place in Morocco on Friday March 12, 2021. He will represent Anglophone African countries on the Council.
With his election he becomes the third Nigerian to occupy that seat after late Oyo Orok Oyo and Dr Amos Adamu.
The FIFA Council is the highest decision making organ of the Global Football Federation.
