There were complaints of some ad-hock staff not knowing how to sort voting materials. Some could not locate their voting centres as at 10:00 am. At the Babs Fafunwa Grammar School, Ogba, along Ojodu Berger area of Lagos, voting commenced at about 10:00 am but some voters still found it difficult to identify where they should cast their votes because the voting section was divided into two. Their problem was compounded by the fact that they had Omole/Ojodu/Agidingbi written on their Permanent Voters Cards, PVCs. INEC officials resorted to calling out names in order to help voters out of the situation.

At Akiode Bus Stop polling station, two card readers assigned to the unit failed to work initially but one later picked up. However, voters protested against the delay.

At Agidingbi Junior Grammar School, the three polling unit s there are attending to voters. There are no cut out queues and voters are just milling around. Within the Government Technical School on Agidingbi, there are five polling units where voting is going on peacefully.

At the entrance to Sunday Adigun Street at Alausa, Ikeja, the voting centre of Bola Tinubu, leader of the All Progressives Congress, APC, voting is ongoing. But there is a heavy presence of journalists, security men, as well as politicians and their supporters around the neighborhood.
