The Special Adviser to Rivers State Governor, Mr. Opunabo Inko-Tariah, has resigned from his post, citing poor funding for his department and other reasons.   Inko-Tariah, who has been working with the Governor, Mr. Nyesom Wike, since June this year also accused the governor of spurning his professional advice.   He thanked the governor for giving the opportunity to serve and wished him well in his task to serve Rivers State.   Inko-Tariah had attracted the wrath of the governor last week after he described the series judgments that the opposition All Progressives Congress (APC) got at the election tribunals against the governor and the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) as a judicial terrorism and a conspiracy of the judiciary against Wike.   Wike disowned Inko-Tariah on that statement and went ahead to apologise to the judiciary. He had said as a lawyer, he would not be party to the vilification of the judiciary.   It is not clear if Inko-Tariah was forced to resign. But the APC in Rivers State has hailed his resignation.   The State Publicity Secretary of the party, Mr. Chris Finebone, said the issue of poor funding cited by Inko-Tariah showed that the governor was stifling operations of agencies of government and the local governments by assigning to himself the authority
