David Mark, Senate President has accepted a re-election nomination form of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP from the people of Benue South Senatorial District, his constituent, ahead of next year’s election.
Kolawole Ologbondiyan, Special Adviser on media and publicity to Mark said the form was bought in Makurdi, the state capital by nine local government council chairmen in the senatorial zone.
Announcing his acceptance of the offer with a promise to keep to the path of equity and justice in his service to the country, Mark said, “This is the covenant with my people.
“This endorsement speaks volume of the immeasurable responsibility on my shoulder by my people. Please pray for me that God gives me the grace, wisdom and courage to continue to serve to the glory of God and benefit to humanity,” he added.
