Chukwuma Nwazunki, speaker of Ebonyi State House of Assembly, has been impeached.
He was impeached this Monday morning by 18 out of the 24 lawmakers in the House.
Helen Nwaobasi, representing Abakaliki South constituency has been elected as the new Speaker by members of the House.
