FG Sacks Four PTDF Managers

The Federal Ministry of Petroleum Resources today, sacked four management staff of the Petroleum Technology Development Fund, PTDF.

Kalu Otisi, PTDF’s Head of Press and External Relations said in a brief statement that the affected persons were managers and no reasons have been given for their sack.

Otisi said the notice was issued following a directive from the Ministry of Petroleum Resources.

The affected general managers are Jacqueline Guyil, general manager, Strategic Planning and Documentation; Olajide Adebulehin, general manager, Projects; Ahmed Balarabe, general manager, Administration and Human Resources; and Ahmed Aminu, general manager, Education and Training Department. Tinu Oluleye, an officer with the Fund also had her appointment with the organisation terminated.

The dismissed officers have been directed to hand over all properties of the Fund to the next most senior staff. They were also asked to report to the finance and accounts department of the PTDF for their entitlements.
