The Enugu State Police Command has arrested two suspected cultists in Emene for allegedly chopping off the wrist of their victim.

The command’s spokesperson, Ebere Amaraizu, in a statement this Thursday, said the suspects were arrested at 8 p.m. on Wednesday. He also disclosed that operatives of the command recovered a chopped-off wrist in addition to two axes and a black cap from the suspects.
Amaraizu further disclosed that the victim, whose left-hand wrist was chopped off, was identified as one Chijioke Chiaha. It was also disclosed that rival cult groups had on March 5 at Eke Obinagu junction in Emene engaged themselves in a bloody fight that resulted in injuries.
According to the Police Spokesperson, two of the suspected cult members belonging to Junior Aiyes confraternity are now in Police net.
